At GlamHaus, each unit is carefully sourced, customized, and styled before reaching you. Due to the nature of luxury hair products, we maintain strict quality control and strict sales policies.

Please review this policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale.

Due to hygiene and product integrity, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This includes:
    •    Wigs
    •    Bundles
    •    Closures or frontals
    •    Custom units
    •    Ready-to-ship units
    •    Pre-orders
    •    Sale items

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within the timeframe listed on the product page.

Typical timeline:
    •    Ready-to-Ship Units: 3–5 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

GlamHaus is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If a return is approved under special circumstances, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

GlamHaus does not provide prepaid return labels and is not responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning merchandise.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, GlamHaus is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We maintain detailed order records for every purchase.

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be fully disputed with supporting evidence, including:
    •    Order confirmation
    •    Shipping confirmation
    •    Delivery confirmation
    •    Policy acknowledgment at checkout

Customers who initiate a chargeback may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
