Ready-to-Ship units are already constructed and available for purchase. However, each unit may still require final preparation, quality inspection, styling, and packaging before shipment.Ready to ship does not mean same-day shipping.

Processing begins after your order has been successfully placed and your payment has been authorized. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

No. Express shipping only shortens the carrier’s delivery time after your order has been processed and shipped. It does not shorten the stated processing timeframe.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status after the label has been created.

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. Please review your unit selection, length, cap size, shipping address, and payment information carefully before completing checkout.

Yes. Our hair can be colored, but all chemical services carry a risk of dryness, shedding, or damage. We strongly recommend using an experienced professional. GlamHaus is not responsible for damage caused by coloring, bleaching, cutting, restyling, or other alterations performed after delivery.

Use gentle, sulfate-free products and avoid excessive product buildup. Detangle carefully from the ends upward, minimize unnecessary heat, and store the unit properly when it is not being worn. Specific care may vary by texture.

Custom-order availability may vary. When custom services are available, the details, pricing, and processing timeframe will be provided before purchase. Custom units are final sale.

International shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Every GlamHaus order is shipped with full shipping insurance for added peace of mind.If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, you may be eligible to recover the full purchase value of your order through the shipping insurance provider, provided your claim meets the carrier’s or insurer’s coverage requirements and terms.If an issue occurs, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier or insurance provider and provide any requested documentation within the required timeframe.Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, GlamHaus cannot guarantee reimbursement outside of the insurance process.We encourage customers to monitor tracking updates and ensure a secure delivery location is available on the expected delivery date.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs.
